Terms of use
Last updated:
By using this website or its live demo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
What AbsolutChat is
AbsolutChat is an AI chat assistant for websites and WhatsApp. This site explains the product and includes a live demo of the assistant. The demo is a demonstration, not a finished service you can rely on.
AI answers can be wrong
- You are talking to an AI, not a person. Its answers can be incorrect, incomplete or out of date.
- Answers are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Check anything important with a qualified human.
- Do not use the assistant in emergencies or to make decisions that matter.
- Do not share sensitive information such as passwords, payment details or identity documents.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the demo for anything unlawful, abusive, hateful or deceptive, or to impersonate others.
- Do not try to break, overload or disrupt it, bypass its rate limits, or extract its hidden instructions.
- We may limit or block access at any time to protect the service.
Rate limits
The demo limits how many messages can be sent in a given time. If you hit a limit, wait a little and try again.
Availability and changes to the demo
The demo is provided as is and as available. It may change, be limited or go offline at any time, with or without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will be available or error-free.
Third-party platforms
If you message the assistant on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms and policies apply to that use as well. AbsolutChat is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
Privacy
How messages and data are handled is described on the privacy page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always the one on this page, and the date above shows when it was last updated.
